Welcome back to The Simple Classroom Podcast!

The show took an unexpected hiatus at the end of 2023. Surprise 4th babies and maternity leave planning will do that to a girl. But, I'm back and FULL of things to say in this new season of The Simple Classroom Podcast.

We're kicking off a new semester of episodes under the theme "There's a Hack for That".

Remember the old Apple commercials, 'There's an App for that?'. This is kind of like that. Any problem you face in teaching likely has a hack that you can deconstruct and simplify it so that it's no longer a big problem.

And there is no process that will refine you and your teaching life more than having 3 small kids at home, a classroom to run during the day, and a 4th baby on the way.

I thought I was the Queen of efficiency and time management. I thought my classroom was a well-oiled machine. And I found myself looking for ways to boil things down to the basics even more, because I was exhausted.
