This school year is winding down. In 4, short weeks, we will be done.
So, I'm thinking about what I loved about this school year, and the thing I want to make sure I absolutely never do again.
The list is long on both sides. I did plenty of things right, and many, many things wrong.
I think that just comes with the territory when you're re-entering the workforce after being home with babies for a few years. I knew I was going to mess some things up.
And I did.
But mistakes aren't signs of failure. They are opportunities to grow and get better. And that only happens if you pause and reflect.
