I got tired of looking at my to-do list after school, but being interrupted by a messy library, pencils on the floor, and other messes made by my students.
I developed a system around 'End of Day Jobs' that got my students involved in the reset of our classroom each day. But the best part? While my students are picking up from all of their learning, I am at my table getting myself ready for the next day of teaching.
